1448 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 1448 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 1448 platform ("Platform"). These Terms take effect as soon as you register an account, log in, or use any service offered by 1448.
Your continued use of this platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and close your account.

Account Creation & Security
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 1448 platform.
- Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. The 1448 platform will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately and change your password.
- The 1448 platform is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.
- You are not permitted to transfer, sell or share your account with any other party.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 1448 platform, you agree to comply with the following rules at all times:
- Using the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes as an individual user.
- Depositing funds from a bank account in your own name using an approved payment method.
- Reviewing and complying with the betting limits and bonus terms specified for each promotion.
- Contacting 1448 customer support for any account or transaction-related enquiries.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate game outcomes or platform processes.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the systems or infrastructure of the 1448 platform.
- Using another person's identity or payment information without valid authorisation.
Payment Policy & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1448 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The following terms and conditions govern all financial activity on this platform.
Deposits can be made via FPX (internet banking transfer) or DuitNow. All deposit methods must use a bank account registered under the same name as the 1448 account holder.
Deposited funds will be credited to your account balance upon successful verification. 1448 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banks or financial institutions.
Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account registered in the user's name. Withdrawal requests are subject to compliance checks and any wagering requirements that may apply to active bonuses.
1448 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. The standard processing time is one to twenty-four business hours.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 1448 are subject to specific wagering requirements. These requirements must be fully met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The platform reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not fulfilled, or if a user is found to be abusing the promotions system.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
The 1448 platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services — including but not limited to technical disruptions, system failures, or third-party errors. Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding availability or timeliness.
The 1448 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner that compromises the integrity of the platform or other users. Any valid balance at the time of account closure will be processed for a refund, subject to the relevant investigation.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 1448 platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.
1448 may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
